The best trick the devil ever pulled is convincing people he doesn't exist. I think Mille is referring to the proverbial "satan" or evil, pointing at human misery and suffering, but in the end, all things serve God. Satan IS real and he wants to be revered as god, but by revealing himself he will ultimately fall again and again. May God forgive us all, reaching to Him in our darkness.

Actually, Slayer has changed quite a bit; it's just not for the better. Go listen to God Hates Us All, and then listen to Reign in Blood (or Show No Mercy if you'd like a more extreme example.) They're only a shadow of what they were back in the 80's. Besides, there's nothing wrong with keeping a sound through your entire career as long as you do it well. Motörhead kept the same sound throughout their career, but nobody in their right mind considers Motörhead a bad band. Quite the contrary, they're considered one of the best, and their signature sound is iconic.

@JOSHUAMARTIN PRYCE he only forgives if you are a christian. if someone believes something else or just isn't religious, they are fucked. he sounds more self absorbed than loving. by jesus I mean god, even though jesus and god have completely two different personalities, the bible says they are suppose to be one of the same. because a lot of sins aren't even deserving of eternal punishment, the god of the bible is cruel and unfair. for someone to deserve infinite torture they should have made a crime that is infinitely bad, which is impossible. also don't say that committing a crime towards a infinite god is deserving of infinite punishment, because it isn't. in fact it would be the opposite because you can't harm something that is infinite. this isn't the reason why i'm not a christian, because it doesn't disprove the god, it just shows how evil god is. if you want to worship at narcissistic god then that's fine but don't expect people to care.

I don’t think kreator guys believe that Satan exists, they are telling us ‘Hipocricy is real’ . We all know satan or devil is just a part of us we deny. The vice, the lie.,.But those that make good music are close to reality, so I know that all people I know are afraid of this music because their masks fall of when they hear it. Metal is good protection against hipocricy.
