They're still good, but I prefer the raw aggression of their early stuff. Awakening of the Gods will always be my favorite Kreator song. Their new stuff feels a little sterile and less aggressive to me, but with better musicianship.

I think this perfectly describes what it's like to be a metalhead and to feel at home in the pit in a place full of strangers you've never felt more at home and in an age where communication with another is a button away alot of us have never felt more alone but when you are there with the horde you know there's nothing else like it, it's a kinda physical slightly violent yet intimate experience you cannot get anywhere else and you cannot feel unless you're one of us these moments are priceless and I wouldn't want to be normal and into pop music if you paid me a trillion dollars

Proud to be in a hourd of METAL HEADs..THRASH ON!

I have this mental disability called FASD... Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder... it's made my life a living hell... I also bad hypertension problems and anxiety problems... I've tried listening to just about kind of music to help keep my head right and I've found that this is the only kind of music that helps... so THANK YOU for making this kind of music its gotten through so many dark times

This is not just a track... it saved my life... its the only song in rhe woeld that helps with my severe anxiety attacks..

Don't sleep. Earlier the better in my opinion.

This song brought so much of my memories, so many hard times I only overcame with my beloved ones (specially my wife and kid, who's inheriting Speesy's wristband I was lucky enough to catch at Porto Alegre's show) and the eveerlasting empowerment in metal. Thank you so much, Kreator, for all this years (and many ahead) driving people onward! HAIL!

I've been listening to Kreator for a number of years and it's the first time I listen to this song... It makes me wonder how did they do it? They nailed the folk metal vibe and omg if I had been introduced to them with this thing I would legit think they're a folk metal band

Not really. It changed a bit more gradual than that (check out Dying Alive). But the structure of the last two albums also feels Lemmy-style. If there's a band that's stepping up to follow Motörhead, it's them.

Kreator is like Manowar, refining their style like a fine wine.

I find it really disheartening to these bands that when they play all across Europe and South America, they can play these massive venues and festivals and yet when they come to the US, they're stuck in small theaters and dive bars. Shows you how socially acceptable metal is still is in America compared to the rest of the world.

A lot of the footage these music videos show from Europe are festivals. It’s a bit misleading. Most of the bands aren’t getting paid that much to play in front of a ton of people. They just do it so they can build up their recognition. For a lot of bands packing in a small venue is more profitable than playing at one of these festivals.

Listen to these guys since I was 11 now at age 44 still love them.

Saw them live last friday. One of the best bands I ever saw live in my entire life. I went to the concert not really knowing them, but they were so intense that they completely blew the place, including myself. Shame on me for not knowing them before! They played for almost 2 hours, whilst Sabaton, the 'main band' of the night, played for about 1 hour after that.

If you mean the song, it really is. The melodic acoustic first part, then the heavy riff, the classic thrash sound, a bit changed main riff then the speedy epic part to line up woth the solo and finally the the classic thrash sound for the end. Truly one of my favorite songs of all time.

Saw them live this January. Fucking epic! It was so great to escape everything else and just let loose. Not to mention I came back home with stuff to remind me of a great fun night... Mille threw me his wristband at the end, Sami gave me the pick he had used at the end of Enemy of God and, after the show, I also got one of those picks Mille uses and my Gods of Violence booklet signed by everybody - amazingly nice human beings!
