If you are far away and use the double jump and the boost of Hermes' boot (in the air) and grab Zeus high up... believe me, it's one of the coolest things in video games

Firstly : " Zeus your son has returned I bring the destruction of Olympus!" Lastly : " My vengeance ends now."

Yeah,such a cool detail.

At the time I thought the way they did this fight was an homage to Mortal Kombat and was such a cool way to structure this fight. It also was superior to the mortal Kombat games of the time animation wise and still holds up very well to this day. Only slight graphic inprovements seem to have been made during this time.

Because kratos always had the power of hope deep inside him which he got when he opened the box against Ares. It was trapped by his guilt and the failures of his past, he just didn't know it until the end of god of war 3.

Weapons,power ups and It's funny even after all that kratos couldn't beat zeus on his own. He needed the power of hope in the end to beat him but the moment he started punching the fear that had infected zeus had come out. Kratos beat up infected pantheon so basically zeus was not the bearer of crime mostly here. I wonder did they forget about this part later or some shit?

zues was always an ass even before the box of pandora was even opened for ex : whenever he heard about the prophesy about a marked warrior that would be the end of Olympus he wanted to get the marked warrior which was kratos brother and he ares and athena took him but kratos was the real marked warrior and all of this happened way before the box was even open

@CostmioLabos Base Kratos with a shit ton of amps, yet needed to rely on his superior combat skill to win. Zeus is the strongest GOW character, only this Endgame GOW3 Kratos comes close.

@CostmioLabos I'm not referring to Mortal Kratos. I'm talking about God Kratos, he had his GoW powers, the Powers of the Titans + Hades Soul and Souls that were in the Claws, an arsenal of OP weapons and Godly equipment, all of this and he only matched Zeus, and only ''won'' for being more skilled in combat. Bruh lmfao, Ragnarok was stalemated by Thor, they literally traded Blows. Uh ?? Uranus created the Greek Universe and Zeus can literally one shot stronger beings than Uranus? The same Zeus who shook the Greek Cosmos with his voice alone.

@CostmioLabos Kratos was a god GOW3. And Zeus was getting back stronger from said beatings, confirmed in the Official Guide. They were equal in Power, Kratos beat him because he is more skilled in combat. Zeus one shotted Kratos at the Beginning of Game, if it wasn't the Power ups he got later on, he wouldn't be able to keep up with Zeus, and would get demolished. Because Uranus literally created the Greek Universe. He created the Mortal Realm which is an infinite Space time Continuum. The Underworld which is also infinite was created with the Primordial Tartarus Death. Thanatos created the Domain of Death. These characters gets vaporized by Zeus. Zeus would destroy not only Asgard, but the entire Yggdrasil. Any Godly Being outscales the cosmology, so stop bringing up this argument. Even Lyndworms can destroy the realms. You going to Lyndworms > Zeus ??? So pls quit it.

@CostmioLabos Uh? not Durability only. Zeus was getting stronger throughout the fight as stated in the Official Guide. They were matching blows, Kratos beat Zeus because he is superior in Combat and that is it. I think you don't know what demolish means. Uh yes?? if a character is massively stronger than a character who created a Realm, he would thus be at minimum of the same tier and would have been able to destroy the said Realm. what is your logic ? learn powerscaling When did i say the Titans were superior? Thor traded Blows with Ragnarok, the same Thor who affected the 9 realms that's a better feat than destroying Asgard, the same Ragnarok who also affected the entire tree, stop overrating that feat. Hell even Kratos has a Low 2C feat of closing Realm Tears. And Zeus is massively superior than Thor. The only one who comes close to Zeus is Endgame GOW3 Kratos as you obviously know.
