W edit+fax. But I think Battle IQ, Combat, and Skills go to Batman because he mastered 127 martial arts and he is far better at strategies and planning than Kratos. And Batman only needs one look at a powerful being to find out their weaknesses due to which he is able to prepare himself accordingly and make a weapon accordingly to defeat that opponent. But yeah, Kratos slams.

kratos is the god of war, fighting, strategy and tactical mind is his thing. it's why he leads the attack on asgard, why he can solve riddles and puzzles the gods struggle to solve, it's why he out-fought thor, zeus and odin. he's an incredibly skilled spartan warrior and later god of war with a thousand of years of combat to back it. trust me, he's more skilled than batman. martial arts is inferior to training with a weapon. plus, he fights to kill. kratos doesn't have an inherent weakness that brings him to the level of a base human, like everyother DC character does like kryptonians and green lanterns. so prep time doesn't really work on kratos, becuase what the fuck is he going to do? wonder woman he can exhaust, but we've seen kratos able to fight way longer than she does, and climb out of hell itself. so again, batman's prep time is completely ineffective against anyone outside of the DC universe. anything that affects his emtoional state will just make him his past self, a monster of combat and unstoppable force.

But Batman is still much better at strategies and planning than Kratos because he will still find out what weakness Kratos has though and build a weapon accordingly to defeat Kratos. And here are some of Kratos' weaknesses: illusion (he obviously has weapons to break illusion), telekinesis, and his nightmares. And Batman is skilled in using every type of weapon, no matter how deadly some of them can be.

That's battle experience. Real life experience goes to Wonder Woman because she's been trained in combat since she was a kid while Kratos was trained in combat when he was growing up.
