i heard the nct lightstick is supposed to look like a building so in concerts, all the light sticks come together to form n city. i always liked the lightstick as an nctzen but knowing this makes me love and appreciate the lightstick and nct as a whole, even more. to me, it’s the farthest thing from ugly

I can’t believe that Melobong(BTOB) was included in this list 🙁. It has a unique shape compared to other lightsticks and it also has a significant meaning to it, the blue color is also pretty during concerts or crowds.💙 PS. the handle is so long how one even be confused as to where to hold it 😅 Also every lightstick is unique and pretty in their own way and is special to their fandom and groups so calling them ugly is a bit off

Many people don't like runebong(golden childs light stick) but now the fandom really loves it. The meaning behind is quite interesting you can't do bowling unless they are 10 bowling pins and golden child has 10 members... So we get that also golden child has many sporty concepts so this idea really suits them... Further more if goldenness (fandom name) would get together they can actually play bowling with their Lightsticks...... We really love our runebong at the start many people thought it was lame but now we really really like it... Further more the bulb inside the light stick well if a person speaks or shouts near it the brightness increases, if you press one of its button it actually shows their logo also you can use it as a torch light.. it really looks amazing when we are swaying our runebong.... Also the forget the beautiful colours it has many more features... We as in goldennes love our light stick a lot

I think RV's lightstick is better then the other lightsticks in the list

Fun fact: G-Dragon was the one who invented these custom light sticks. It’s such a good idea so every fandom can have a unique light stick for every group. I feel bad that NCT hates their own lightstick ._.

I actually like NCT's lightstick because it goes well with the fandom. The fans and the members use NCity as the place where they all live (for example "welcome to NCity" or "There's chaos in NCity") and the fandom name is NCTzens. The lightstick looks like a building so it represents NCT perfectly.

What I've learned as an old fan of kpop, there's some who are way to hypocritical with anything within kpop. From an idols visuals, to their body, to their clothes and so fort. They especially often have negative opinions, when whatever the issue is wasn't that big to begin with.

Golden Child's lightstick literally represents them. A group that plays around with sports concept from time to time. I totally love their lightstick. Plus you are forgetting the fact that the lightstick's brightness increase when the person speaks or shouts near it. I don't think that that feature is available in any other groups' lightstick.

Golden Child lightstick RuneBong is not actually an ugly one though it looks kinda weird. Let me tell you some facts to realize this. It has some extraordinary features. 1) It can show different lights. That's why whether in day , or in dark the ocean of RuneBong looks beautiful. 2) In case of other lightsticks, you need to charge it. If in any concert the charge is finished , u won't be able to charge it there. But in case of RuneBong, it has battery system. U just need to change the battery. So it won't have this problem. 3) The more the fans scream, the more glowing the light of this lightsticks becomes. It's a unique feature that other don't have. 4) In this video , it was already told the meaning of the lightstick , so I won't repeat again. Just like this, other all lightsticks are unique in their own way. Some may looks weird but don't define it by it's shape.

To a fandom and the idol group , lightsticks contains a special meaning. Also to Goldenness ( Golden Child's fandom name) and to Golden Child, RuneBong was never ugly. Rather it was very dear and still is. What we are having problems is the caption of this video I.e. " Kpop UGLIEST Lightsticks - Confirmed by Fans " BUT TO GOLDENNESS, IT WAS NEVER UGLY !! That's where the problem is. Hope you will understand what I'm trying to say.

I don't know golden child but I agree with you, I think the lightstick is unique and the light is beautiful, it catched my attention when I first see it in this video, some of lightsticks in this video is pretty and unique but I don't know why they said it ugly, so sad..

funfact: nct light stick is suppose to look like a building, thats why it was the two parts sticking out at the top, so when it's lit up in the concerts with a bunch of them together, it's an ncity

I admit runebong is kinda weird but i still love it its because of the originality of golden child, everytime i scream because of golcha it would light unlike others

B1A4's lightstick is very pretty though, but it looks like a Girl Group Lightstick.

Bbyeongie (B1A4 lightstick) is one of the most unique lightstick in K-POP history. Period. It's such a great source of pride and joy for BANAs, but to actually go through the horror of someone calling it 'ugly' is just very upsetting. And no, it doesn't exactly fit the 'general aesthetic standard of people', but it definitely fits the aesthetics of BANA.

Yeah I know right. It looks so cute with those heart eyes and that little bow. It's both cute and funny at the same time like those simple doodles or cartoonish drawings.

nct's lightstick is like a building ... so when nct is having a concert , the lightstick represents the buildings in NeoCity (this is only what i understand)

My reaction was the same with all NCT members when i first saw the lightstick, but now i think it isn’t that bad. It’s really pretty when all nctzens light up their lightsticks together in the dark hall

The colour of Golden Child's lightstick is beautiful, you can't deny that. Together, it looks like aurora borealis. Goldenness love Runebong, it means a lot to us.

Golden Child lightstick can make freaking aurora borealis colors 😐 and it's one of those lightsticks that can be upside down

The sarcasm put in bits of this video is everything.

All these lightsticks have a really fun history and meaning in their own way And all lightsticks look so good in the dark When raised together by so many

runebong is pretty in its way

I felt sory for the designers and the team who worked hard on the lightsticks...i'm sure they work so hard to designed and finished the lightstick plus to catch up with the deadline....must be stressful for them....at least appreciate them.
