I think the fact that the Binoculars look so plain is a good thing, because here in the UK having a fancy looking pair of Bins means your worth getting robbed, especially here in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Another one of your excellent reviews. You have a nice relaxed tone to your voice which is always nice and pleasent. You pronounce these as 'Kova' but it should be 'Kowa' as in Kawasaki when spoken in English if that helps. 😏🙂👍

Lots of Europeans pronounce their V’s and W’s the German way which is opposite to American English. Just saying. She’s clearly not taking with an American accent. I would bet that’s a European accent ✊🏾

Great review! Whats your opinion which is the better choice? Kowa BD II 10x42 XD or Nikon Monarch 7 10x42 or Levenhuk Monaco ED 10x42. Thanks for your answer.

I have the Nikon monarch 7 8x42 and I wondering if I should get the kowa 8x42. The M7 has angle of view 8 degree and 420 feet field of view.

To me they look much better than Leica and Zeiss binoculars. In my honest opinion, even though those are premium brands, their design is absolutely obnoxious. This model of Kowa has a really nice focus wheel that I really like. I agree that are less pretty than GPO passion ED but I guess some corners needed to be cut for the price for that optical quality. Ordered mine to compare to my Vortex Viper, was really curious about these and their FOV. If anyone’s interested with comparison between the two, let me know.

The 15-year warranty only applies to the more expensive Genesis series.

Yeah, I'd like to know more about the "blue lines." Sounds like a distracting annoyance to an otherwise worthy binocular.

made in china? thats a bummer. i thought chinese hated japanese and would not work with them. i think you just mixed up japan and china. they are all the same right? just like slovenes and serbs 😂
