Man one of the most powerful performances I have seen. KoRn never fail to absolutely slay at their shows, Jon just gets so into it. You can tell he's up there feeling his lyrics. Also, he's in a kilt and has black nails, I love it so much.

He seemed to change a lot between 96 and 98 too. Not just appearance and voice wise, but also his presence on stage. Before, he was all ridden with raw emotion, like rage and crudd, screaming, etc. then come 98 he's all chill. (Well, save for this performance toward the end, of course lol) Idk just an observation.

@@Ampwich He had kids, bro. KoRn was all he had during his early years then once he had Nathan, KoRn wasn't the most important thing in his life. He is an extremely dedicated father to his 3 boys and that should be respected. He quit drugs and drinking for Nathan and of course that changed him as a person too, he wasn't getting drunk and high on drugs before and after their shows anymore.

Our kids children will be rocking out to KoRn. Their music is f*cking timeless and they pretty much started the nu metal movement which inspired 100s and 100s of bands...
The part when Jonathan screams "I...!! HATE..!! YOU!! CAN'T YOU FEEL THE PAIN!!" Best part of the song in my opinion

Fun fact: during this time period of live performances he was dealing with drug withdrawal. Major respect for him fighting through it and giving it his all. But you can tell he was not doing so great mentally

i was 6 years old at woodstock 99 listening to some backstreetboys and westlife songs,,, never heard about korn that time or woodstock festival.. but 10 years later (2009) i witnessed korn (blind live woodstock 99) but i hated in the first because i was a diehard linkin park fan since early 2000s until i fall inlove with korn in 2010 until now in '21. from PH🇵🇭

Fucking awesome perfomance. Jonathan put full emotions into this, actually makes it sad. But what makes for a great band. Saw Korn myself back in Nov 1995 at the Stone Pony, Asbury Park NJ. Maybe a 200 person venue :)

they tried to setup Woodstock 2019 but it failed but after seeing the acts it was suppose to have its probably good that it did since it was basically a run of the mill 2019 music festival with all pop rap and r/b acts so it would be nothing like this.
