I'll never forget meeting Brian. I was supposed to attend a meet and greet for Korn but the ticket company screwed up and failed to get in contact with me to confirm a time to arrive at the venue. So i showed up to the venue an hour early, and they told me i had missed the entire meet and greet. The show was amazing but i still felt dissapointed. So as i was leaving, I got lucky enough to randomly meet Brian, when he came out to sign autographs after the show. I told him everything that happened and he genuinely seemed like he felt bad for me.I told him i would just buy tickets for the next show. So he pulled me aside. Then he asked "Do u have tickets for the next show already?" I said no, and he told me "i'm going to put you on the guest list for the next show". I coulden't believe it. He had me write my name down, and i put my brothers down as well since he had never been to a concert, and he was the one who got me into korn. To my amazement two days later we showed up at the next venue and he got me and younger brother two tickets right up front in the pit, and we were brought backstage after the show, ate pizza and head had the whole band sign an album for us. I still can't believe that it wasent a dream. Brian Welch you are an amazing human being for doing this out of the kindness of your heart. Me and my brother will never forget it.

Every single instrument in Korn had a distinctive sound. You knew exactly who you were listening to immediately. That clunky, slinky bass, the hard firecracker pop of David's snare and funky beat, the filthy, whining 7 strings of Head and Munky, and of course, Jon's distinctive vocals. Perfect chemistry in a band.

Holy shit. 25 years. I've been listening to Korn for a quarter of a century, and these songs STILL resonate in a nostalgic way, and reminds me I survived the shit I went through back then. And y'know what? This shit still slaps HARD.

I was born in '91. Korn has been swept under the rug and is underappreciated. They are one of the GOATS of my generation. Not just this album but the following. I'm fairly certain that the reason they stopped producing was not under their control. They have hit so many nails on the head. I love Korn.
I will admit I wasn't into rock growing up but as I grew older it's basically all I listen to and Korn is my go to for whatever reason or whatever mood.

Damn watching this thing right now, it's like being sixteen again, all the memories, parties, the youth, the unconcern and burden of the being adult, work, raise your children, mortages... Just blasting records in some friend bedroom, making out with girls, endless weekends.... Wow, we really rocked and ruled that era... Kids now are nothing but punks, listening to Bad Bunny and other sh*t.... We must give to our children this great inheritance.....

KoRn and David Silveria inspired my early life. First heard them on Follow The Leader at the young ripe age of 12 when that album dropped and got a drum set for my 14th birthday.
