SuperBowl Half-time Shows are phenomenal in their own ways. No doubt in my mind they've gone through such lengths to provide quality entertainment.

Lady Gaga’s performance was amazing simply because she was recreating an episode of the Simpson’s cartoon that showed her jumping into the Super Bowl.

MJ’s along with Beyonce, Coldplay, and Bruno is my favorite Super Bowl halftime Update: Shakira and JLO’s too

Some of these artists and their songs are known by the entire globe, Superbowl is just crazy!!

Lady Gaga SuperBowl is sooo good. The level of stamina of her body and her voice while suffering from chronic pain during those time. She singlehandedly perform the house downm

I’m not a football fan but obviously as an American I have no choice but to participate in the culture of it so I felt it HARD when they said the cost of a ticket and she said “oh I can’t go anyway…so I’ll just feel the energy” 😭💀

Love this! And I like how they understand the big deal of performing the Super Bowl halftime show. I feel like I'm sure they know who Usher is but don't *know* who Usher is if that makes sense lol. I feel like once they hear tracks like "Yeah!" they'll be like "ohhhh THIS song!" It would be cool to see their reaction regarding his work over the years (including his early years, his most well-known songs, his Las Vegas residency, and current hits and collabs like the 'Standing Next to You' remix). He's been active in the music industry for about 30 years and is preparing to go on tour this summer ^_^

The funny thing about Michael Jackson's performance: from the start up to the year before this one, the Super Bowl was known for mostly having bland, lame, family-friendly entertainment during halftime (lots of children's groups and inoffensive pop singers). In 1992, a rival network (Fox) aired a live episode of the sketch comedy show "In Living Color" that began exactly when the halftime show started, and it WORKED. It drove enough viewers away from the Super Bowl that the following year, the NFL decided to stop screwing around and booked megastar Michael Jackson. Ever since then, the halftime show has been almost as important culturally as the game itself.

Rather, he sang 5 of his own plus he put his own spin on from CCR, Foo Fighters, Queen, & Bob Dylan 👏 Prince was a musical genius & true perfectionist. He could play 27 instruments. He was a singer, songwriter, and performer with a beautiful eccentric androgynous style of his own. Prince truly is his own genre & the definition of swag. Most importantly, he sang it & played guitar live - no back track on it. It's 100% Prince. His voice goes from baritone to falsetto effortlessly. Lastly there's the stage. The stage lights up into the symbol Prince legally changed his name to. Yes, Prince did that way before others 😂 Check it out 💜

Did you know the artists have to perform for free? The NFL/Football does not pay them to perform. The stage setup, dancers, and everyone is paid for by the artist. The Weeknd spent so much money but the overall, the performance was just okay - PDnim did a great cut of this and made it look amazing!

Watching Super Bowl halftime is another level for all. I also enjoy Super Bowl commercials. There were lots of iconic Super Bowl advertisements over the years. Companies paid multi millions of $$$$$$$$ for one 30 seconds airtime.

Not only the half-time show, but we also watch it for the commercials !! They can be the FUNNIEST or the WEIRDEST .. but the most outrageous thing is the price $$. In 2024 it will cost $233,333.00 per second.
