1 Small Onion, sliced

1 Tbsp Cooking Wine/White Wine
200ml Water
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Spring onion, toasted sesame for garnish (Optional)
Sauce:
4 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chilli Paste)
1.5 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
0.5-2 Tbsp Chilli Flakes/Gochugaru (Korean Chilli Flakes) *Adjust to your preferences
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Chicken powder (Optional)
2 Tbsp Korean Rice Syrup/Sugar/Honey
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
