Korean skincare MUST HAVES for Acne Prone Skin

* I would not recommend to anyone building an entire routine targeting acne as that can be very harsh and irritating and just make the situation worse 😭 instead I recommend adding a few products to you routine that can help treat acne, calm the skin and support a healthy skin barrier.
Korean skincare products mentioned:
- SOME BY MI AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Toner: this toner har 3 types of chemical exfoliants that work to exfoliate dead skin cells, treat acne, prevent breakouts, unclog pores and improve skin texture while be super gentle and calming. (Great for sensitive skin types as well)
- SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Asiatica 100 Ampoule: this will help soothes redness, calms inflammation, heal breakouts while strengthening and repairing your skin barrier. Particularly great for acne prone skin types as well as sensitive thanks to its anti inflammatory properties and anti bacterial 🥰
- AXIS-Y Spot The Difference Blemish Treatment: a great spot treatment for targeting existing acne breakouts and for preventing in areas prone to breakouts.

These are a couple of things I do that have helped me attain skin without acne and healthy all day. - Use a gentle face cleanser that removes extra oil and cleans your skin well. I recomment littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrubbing, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

I absolutely like this ricebery face wash. My initial experience with it was great, and I totally fell in love with the smooth finish it gives your skin with. This face wash is wonderful for normal to dry skin. It doesn't dry out your skin after wash, instead, it cleanses my skin perfecting and keeps it smooth and supple post wash. Additionally, it foams well and gets activated with water. It's absolutely worth it, and one pack will last you for almost 3-5 months depending on how much you use it. It's a must-try.

This rice berry face cleanser proves to be really soft and effective, easily lifting away grime, sebum, and make-up without ever making my face feel dry. The non-soap formulae provides a soothing cleaning, ideal for even the most delicate skin types.

@@cthulhusgrandmother3553 if you have body acne it could be cos of the body lotions or creams you might be using. I had this issue and when i changed my body wash, it all cleared up. And it could also be if your sweat glands have no space to sweat, like if u r laying down for too long, your sweat doesnt have space to come out so it clogs the pores and u get back acne. Thts smethng i noticed personally.

Trust me the first one doesn’t do anything she says it does. I have been using it for 2 years strait day and night. The only reason I use it it’s because somehow it doesn’t irritate my skin and after I wash my face I put this so that my face doesn’t have that dry feeling. I’ve tried many other toners and most of them either stings my face (yes even those simple moisturising ones for sensitive skin) or is too heavy for my oily skin. It doesn’t unclog my pores, like at all, not even the slightest, and didn’t improve my skin texture after 2 years of consistent use. Isit a good toner? I would say yes, but probably not for the reason they were intending it to be.
