If you add in seasme oil into the marinade the eggs go bad quicker, if you don't add in the oil they are good for 3 days if stored in fridge. This is why most people add sesame oil on eggs after they take them out of the marinade.

Why i guess might be bcs of diffrent culture like some people rarely eat leftover while for some every breakfest is leftover so i asume eggs whoud be eaten by 3th day anyway

Just add a little bit if you don't want what you cook is sweet. If I had to hasd to add sugar on my food I put a little but for me it taste a bit sweet so I have to make other flavors pop out.. spicy or sour.. since I like spicy nad sour food. Putting sugar just makes every flavor in balance that's why Asians put sugars in their food besides desserts.

Different stove units sometimed put out less heat through the heating elements as they get older and wear down. Yours may not be fully heating up so when you pull them at 6 minutes, it isn't cooked enough. Let the water boil first, then add the eggs and cook for 7 minutes. See if that makes a difference. I have undercooked mine a couple times before too when using my grandparents' stove, which is much older.

Hi. I usually boil the water first in low heat. When tiny bubbles appear i add the eggs and leave it at that temperature and cook however i like it. I like runny yolk so i cook it in low heat for 5 minutes 45 seconds to full 6 minutes. And then quickly cool it down by putting it on running water and ultimately putting it on ice water so it stops cooking. Peeling it when you can touch it also helps stopping the cooking process. Sorry i just want to help 😅😓

You can always put the individual eggs in the microwave for 30 seconds before eating. They'll be warm but still flavorful. The point of marinading overnight or a few hours in the fridge after cooking is to let the flavor soak into the egg itself. Once the marinade has set in, they'll still taste like that even after a re heat. Don't heat the marinade though if you plan to reuse it. If you plan to use the marinade sauce with your ramen or rice, feel free to just microwave it all or boil it in a little pot before eating. Won't mess anything up. Enjoy!
