    If you cut tge flank steak lengthwise with the grain into stripes 2 inches wide then against the crosswise into thin slices you manipulate it 5o be more tender your sauce needs to have all flavors so I use soy oyster housing sauce a little vinegar 2tsp sugar 1 clove garlic l inch ginger microphone both and cornstarch

    You need to add baking soda to the cornstarch to help tenderize the meat

    I think the soy sauce is different with kecap manis bango, that's why my dish taste too sweet 😅 should it be savoury?
