Thank you. I may never make the Koren fried chicken but the one thing that has always bothered me is when they demonstrate a recipe and do not give you the measurements of the ingredients. Great job!!

@@artimis9993 Yes but give us a starting point. 1 cup. Okay, maybe 3/4 cup might be better to start with. 2 tsp of salt maybe try one because of health issues. But at least I know where to start. If you say add flour, sugar and vanilla, how much food will I waste trying to figure out the recipe?

I never really need measurement just according to my taste and preference..it came out just fine and delicious..most Asian people are like that.. it's a hassle using specific measurement sometimes..just try it..

Anyways she really gives specific measurement in her blog Ingredients 3½ pounds chicken wings (about 1.6 kg), washed and drained ½ teaspoon kosher salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon minced ginger ⅔ cup potato starch or corn starch ⅓ cup peanuts (optional) 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 to 4 large dried red chili peppers, seeded, cut crosswise into ⅓ inch pieces (optional) ¼ cup soy sauce ½ cup rice syrup or corn syrup 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon mustard (optional) 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds Grapeseed oil (or vegetable oil, peanut oil)

@@siticities7171 Thank you, that was nice of you to break it down. I was speaking of other videos where they just dump the stuff in a bowl. They tell you what the ingredients are but not the quantity of each. I have always enjoyed cookbooks. They always cheer me up looking at the colorful picture. Again, I may never make 99% of the recipes but to me, it's like enjoying a good magazine.

You can use a grease screen. Just put it on top of the pan. Mine has a handle on it.😊

Yeah I always try cooking Korean food.... It never tastes the same as when a Korean person cooks it. I went to school with a girl from Korea, I was invited to her house after school once a week and her Mum used to cook something called Bulgagi. It's the best food I've ever had and I have never been able to make it ☹ Love to all your beautiful families, from across the Pond 🇬🇧
