Today we cook fried anchovies 멸치볶음
We need anchovies small or middle size, red pepper, garlic and almond. Slice garlic, pepper diagonally. Make a sause: sugar 1 tsp, soy sauce 1 Tbsp, soju 1 Tbsp, oligodan 1 Tsp.
Stir-fry anchovies on a dry frying pan
Heat frying pan and pour some oil, fry garlic first, add sauce, boil and add anchovies, pepper and almond. Fry about 1 minute, add sesame oil. Off
Sprinkle sesame and tasty side dish is ready!
