You should open gopchang restaurant in indonesia. I crave for it but only one restaurant sell it and the price is ridiculously expensive . When we knew in indonesia price of cow intestine is not that expensive . It is cheaper than cow meat but in restaurant they sell it almost three times the price of a portion of sam gyob sal🙈🙈

probably injeolmi (인절미) powder. It adds a grainy texture and pairs quite nicely with the meat.
