You can also use it as cooking oil

You can use any cooking oil for the stir frying, but you can't use them for the sauce, if you don't have sesame oil for the sauce, don't add any other oil since the whole point of adding it to the sauce is to give it the flavor of the sesame oil. Maybe you could substitute it with toasted sesame seeds.
