Flying Korean Air Business Class on their A33O early 2020 from Europe to visit family I have not seen for three years. Cant wait, it looks fantastic product on the A380, loved the video.

Looks like a pretty solid business class product. Competitvely priced too - under £3k return London->Auckland, stopping in Seoul.

I am flying form the US to Bangkok next November, using Delta and their partners Korean Air. Watching this service makes me want to fork over the extra money to fly in this style. But it would take my $1,440.00 Delta Premium Select flight to up over $5,000.00! That is just crazy! Especially for a guy that works as a truck driver. I could do it, but it would be wasting hard earned money. I just can't justify it. But I would love it! :) Thanks for the video.

Hi! Great video! I think we were on the wrong Korean Air flight.. The A380 amenities looks way better.. We just flew to Seoul from Las Vegas and were on a Boeing 777 so was curious to see the difference.. No self service bar on our flight...lol! My son did his own review of the airline as well..lol! Your experience definitely seemed a lot better! Thanks for sharing!

The service you receive on long haul flights should be the same but as far as seat type and inflight bar etc, that depends on the aircraft. The A380 definitely has more to offer.

Wow, Korean Air business lounge is way better than one in DFW airport. All we had were Korean Noodles, sodas and water.

The lounge in LAX fortunately is operated by Korean Air so its pretty nice. A lot of times in other cities its a shared lounge which is lacking.

For someone going to the Philippines MNL CRK and CEB from Los Angeles SFO JFK on Business class seats KE Prestige Class Sleeper/Suites > PR Mabuhay Class. You can actually see this in your check-in line if they have parcel boxes as their check in luggage 70 lbs max. When it comes to this class of service they will either take your whole family in a single row or scattered.

Great video. I’m looking at flying business class to Australia with Korean Air next year.

I did that trip 3 yrs ago . Business class second to none - I was treated so well I didn’t want to get off ! Doing it again arrive Brisbane Christmas Eve .

Is this the same plane that would be used for Brisbane to Lax (via Korea) ? Also is “prestige class” just what they call their “business class”? Awesome video :)

Thanks for your comment. Korean Air calls their business class "prestige class". I'm not sure what aircraft they use on that route but if its the Airbus 380 then this is what you can expect.

i can only dream of sitting in Business class of any airline .. prices for me are far out of reach haha ive been to seoul 2 times now going a 3rd in 5 days .. all economy . :P

I refuse to fly any seat that isn’t Business class. I’m a big guy and I want as much space as possible for these 13 hour + flights

I've found Korean Air to be a good airline. It would be a GREAT airline if the "layovers" weren't so LONG compared to other carriers. MHO..

MrLoren49 I assume as far as layovers are concerned that would depend on where you are flying to. I usually fly them from the States to Asia and my connections are no more than 3 to 4 hours.

Did KAL just recently start giving the kits out? My wife and I flew Businesses out of LAX but no kit and the headphones were basic.

I have a review of Asiana also. I fly them often. They are my preferred choice when going to Korea.

I'm checking Korean Air A380 or Asiana A380 / A350 business class ... 2 2 2 layout for Korean ... the winner is Asiana 1 2 1 confi. ... i don't like having a neighbor on business class cabin

This is technically considered their old business class layout. They have not updated their A380s yet I believe.

Music far too loud : A pity . More detail needed on everything available on the flight , if the staff were interactive & nice . How clean the craft / bathroom : Space / And was there a seat ( bed cover ) abs blanket with pillows . Was there food on demand ?. It’s nice to have some interaction with the scopes .. how you felt overall . But my thanks 🙏🏼 as always .🤗

See the problem with Business is you can’t get there little bimbimpap but that’s ok I spent a 15 hour flight in business

dee dizon yeah i did. my dog is a small poodle, and i got a light cage for her. You should keep your pet in a cage all over the flight. I think there was a 5 kg limit including the cage. if your dog is heavier like the most americans have, you should put your dog in the cargo area.

I would have to agree with you on that. However Korean's new direct aisle access seats on their A330s are pretty impressive.

@@stockbmw they can't use those type of smaller planes with the direct access business class seats on lax to Seoul unfortunately because they need the bigger planes because of the high passenger volume on this route considering that most of the Koreans in the US reside in Los Angeles.

@@hanj31 good point but for New York JFK these types of seats are used for the daytime flight KE082 (CEB Connecting flight KE631) but prestige suites KE086 12:50 a.m. departure from JFK Airport

korean air has a newer and better business class seat in the new 747 and 777, unfortunately they dont offer it from LAX. the a380's are the older product.

Nice video, although I would have preferred natural sound to the background music.

I am not impressed for this 2-2-2 business class seat configuration if I fly long haul international flight.

Why do they still use such nauseating colors?! Can't they just use plain dark blue for once or something else??
