Very thorough and helpful review. I've not yet flown with Korean Air but everyone tells me it's great. Especially the food and the friendly cabin service.

@@Jonidan2 if you’re flying out of LAX to ICN and upgrade to Prestige, see if there are seats available at the very last row. Most people don’t like to sit in the back so your chances of not having a neighbor is high. Downside is it takes longer to get off the plane. Have a safe trip!

@@Passions agreed. Would never pay cash price for these seats. I redeemed my Skypass miles and the redemption is actually preferable.
KAL's business class seats on the airbus a380 are really old and not private. I prefer Asiana Airlines' business class seats.

what is the seating layout on Asiana Airline's business class? Are they staggard like Korean Airline's B747-8? Flew Prestige from JFK to ICN and the seats were def much better than A380.
