This reminds me of our Night Market here in Vancouver, BC. There's a lot of different tents lined up that sells different variety of foods. From Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino foods and more. There's always a queue on potato tornado.

OMG You went to korea and ate street food but not TTEOKBOKKI!!? Tteokbokki Is the red rice cake you can see at 5:11 The visual is meh, and if its your first time you might even see it disgusting, But the taste, is AMAZING. The rice cake melts into your mouth, and the spicy sauce is sweet and tasty at the same time. I cant believe you didnt try dat! XD
