its so cute how they always say kim is a very strict captain but you could not just ignore how she care and cheers for them as always , i noticed how she hugs and pats their heads every time they score is sooo cute😭💖💖

watching this again now that kim retired from the national team a couple of days ago. the fact that she was playing this with a 4cm tear in her abdomen - she said she could hear the sounds of her muscles tearing as she spiked - i cannot fathom how she still scored 22 points and the toll it took on her body. she's been constantly overworked as part of the nt, especially in this olympics. i'm glad she's resting. our eternal no. 10 kim yeon koung !!

She didn't do it alone, the rest of the team were all battling injuries. Kim rested the entire tournament except for this final game. It was her teammates that brought Korea through to the final round. She could've sat out of this final game and honestly Korea could've won too because coach Lavarini changed the style of volleyball they played into one less reliant on her, but she wanted to be a part of it.

You really cant hate Kim Yeoung Koung. When she's blocked, she sets,when she's backrow she receives and digs. When set is not for her she blocks. Wow. Totally amazing captain KYK. She's just once in a lifetime volleyball player you can only love.

kyk ... i am not very familiar with the ladies team from land of the morning calm but have all the characteristics of being the ticket holder of the solitary pass to Tokyo Olympics, aside from being guided by a good coach from Italy, with assistants eagle eyed ... winning on the road is something for you have to silenced the crowd, for to silenced them you have to played WOW ... i viewed it as it unfolded in real time ahead to our time of approximately one hour... thank you

Seeing Kim playing here knowing that she is injured is just a definition of RESPECT. She and her teammates played their very best in this game just to get the last Olympic ticket, yet a sad news came that the Olympics might get cancel and it's very heartbreaking 💔😭 Let's all pray that the Olympics will be held this year 🙏🏻

I already watched this game not just once but I can still feel the pressure, nervousness, and intensity on this game. And after watching the episode of kim on 'master in the house' and knowing that kim yeon koung told yang hyojin that she will jump on han river if they will not be able to get the Olympic ticket, that hit me so hard. Her dedication to go to Olympic and win a medal is really impressive to the point that she'll do everything just to play even though she has an abdominal injury. Indeed the best volleyball player in the world. 🙌💙

Lee Jaeyeong was injured during the tournament but she still played for all Korea matches. She was the best scorer and the best attacker with 60% success rate. She didn’t joined the team during practice/training session due to her injuries but played during the actual matches. She sacrified her knee to get the ticket. After the tournament end she had to rest for months and skipped all her club matches which also caused her club to lose all of it (club ranking drop to no3 in the league) and the club only start to win all the matches after she had return but it was to late for them to overtake Hyundai Hillstate. She was the MVP for team Korea for this tournament (Which also being said by KYK)

No17 Lee Jaeyeong 18points, 60% success spike rate this game to win it for South Korea and take them to 2020 Olympics! No1 in Attack success rate for Tournament at 60%, No2 in points 71, No3 Best Receiver. Simply Amazing player!!!

I'm having this match for 1000 times just to saw my duo! LDY LJY 💜❤️

I really love team Korea but I also love the positive attitude of the Thailand team. Both of the teams did great. Congratulations Korea!😊 And also Kim Yeon Koung is very great. She is an all rounder even when she is injured.💯✊❤

Outside hitter/Left-side: Kim Yeon-koung, Lee Jae-yeong Opposite hitter/Right-side: Kim Hee-jin, Park Jeong-ah Middle Blocker/Center: Yang Hyo-jin, Kim Su-ji Setter: Lee Da-yeong, Yeum Hye-seon Libero: Kim Hae-ran Unfortunately, we might not be seeing this same lineup plays in this year's Olympics. But I'm still praying/hoping for a miracle to happen and let this same lineup plays in the Olympics. I honestly think a podium finish is possible with this lineup.

Kim Heejin must be extremely tired already. She's present in most if not every game her team participates in. She's also the team captain of her domestic team, IBK Altos. As her fan, seeing her as much as possible is a good thing but I hope she gets a lot of rest too. Korean Vleague has a tight schedule right before their preparation for olympics. I hope and pray that she fully recovers until then and gets the gold medal she dreams of before her retirement. ❤️

It is the first time that i have realized that Thailand has a good volleyball team and immensely supported from their people. I am not a volleyball fan and don’t know much about it. But South Korea and Thailand players seem to be very very well known one another in and out of the court. Good game~~~

It happens because in the Women's Volleyball in ASIA, it's all about the Four Team affairs: China, Japan, South Korea and Thailand... in that order of strength (most of the time, but lately KOR is a bit surpassing JPN), thus these four teams encounter each other frequently, incl. in those tournaments under FIVB such as VNL, World Championship etc, as well as those continental events organized by AVC. Thailand did not play in the 2019 World Cup while KOR attended by the wild card granted by the host Japan.

@@sho9214 I love Kim YeonKoung first, and then I watched their games and i feel like they are a solid team and always cheers each other and give support, and i love the way they're playing with the ball 😅
