Bruno always gives reference to his inspiration, the music he grew up to. I think his music is a love letter to the golden era of funk, soul and r&b and we should appreciate his own creations!!! Sure, Kool&theGang are legends

I love this song. I knew just a little bit about Kool& The Gang because I was young. Mom's had so many albums in the household of that Era. Now that I'm grown I definitely see why she was a fan. Thank you mom for introducing me to real music. RIP Mom. Love always❤

You got it Alex. This happy, soulful, funky music with a great horn section.. Brings me back to Disco 40 in BERMUDA... We used to dance till 4 in the morning. Then, the DJ's started going to NYC getting into mixes come back and clear the dance floor...One time the chop got so bad the whole floor gave thumbs down and booed the DJ. an left the dance floor. He screamed at us..YOU guys don't know what's cool....Yeah we do, and it ain't you... Anyway, miss all the 80's music and Motown, teaching white folks to dance...Great music, great times.... Will always Love Kool and the gang, there so fresh...

It was largely eclipsed by the Caribbean_tinged tune, Let's Go Dancing. It might be recalled that a video was actually released for that song. Certainly if this video had been released this song would have cracked the top 20

What can I say ? The last time I've seen the clip, I was 9 (1982) and had recorded this funky sound on a audio tape. Since, I lost my audio tape and I was searching who was the author of song. Imagine my joy, at this time : it a pure chance ! I listen my early musical emotions, the music that determinates my musical preference. What a swing !! I can't prevent myself to dance on this music !!

J.T. made kool and the gang , his vocals are legendary, one of the best in the history of black singing. J.T is a bad boy with his magnificent voice.

Quelle maitrise extraordinaire dans les arrangements et quels vocaux (aussi bien en lead que pour les choeurs) !!! Je ne m'en lasserai jamais de l'écouter (écoutez donc les choeurs qui s'entremêlent de manière savante à partir de 03:00)
