Wings Meets Kombucha! | Sweet & Spicy Kombucha Wings
In this episode, Zach uses a bottle of homemade strawberry pineapple kombucha from a previous video to make a delicious, fruity, spicy wing sauce with Korean chili spices. He then grills up some crispy wings on a Bellfab (Bell Fabrications) offset smoker to toss in the sauce.
