This is Olchansky mountain pass on Kolyma Highway (starting point is 1049 km) between Kyubeme and Ust Nera in the Oymyakonsky District of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Russia's North-East Siberia. Pass info: length is 27 km, height 1120 km. Constructed in 1950.
Kolyma Highway is one of 7 riskiest roads in the world, according to BBC Travel.

Is the morning sun in the southern sky? In the morning here in Louisiana the sun is in the southern sky when it should be in the east. Also, sunset is in more in the northern sky when it should be in the western sky. Do you experience the same changes? When I was a child in the 1970s the sun rose in the east sky and set in the west sky. Why the sun in a different place? Thank you for your video.
