Not every family is poor to think about selling their house in future .... my grandpa died in 1983 I was never even born then and this is 41 years he’s still there because every of his children got their own home meanwhile I grew up in that same house ..... or should we say the late former oyo state Governor Adebayo Alao Akala that was buried in his home do you think they will sell such home in future ... hell no ...

I agree with you to an extent, but it shouldn’t be during her lifetime, or even when the other wives are still alive. She has her own house apparently, why is she in a hurry to sell the family house? She’s just evil and very mischievous.

I agree with you 100%. My father's is in a very expensive part of Lagos and he expressly instructed us never to bury him in the house. He said dead people belong in the cemetery.

Mr. Oriyomi's judgement here failed the rules of natural justice, equity and good conscience. He only concentrated his decision on the exhuming of the corpse. Oriyomi intentionally shut his eyes on the allegations levelled against the other wives that brought the matter before him. Oriyomi failed to blame the other wives for leaving their husband's house for several years and only came to the matrimonial house after the death of their deceased husband. Oriyomi should have blamed these other wives and told them that perhaps if they were physically on ground in their deceased husband's house, the first wife wouldn't have had the opportunity to exhume the corpse of their deceased husband.
