Good work, if the puller that broke was Pittsburgh then it has a lifetime warranty on it, you can just take the broken parts back to HF and get them replaced, and then return the other you had to get, also a truck for getting flywheels off that works great for me, is to pull the nut off and the thread it back on the crank a little bit, then hit the nut with a hammer a few times and it shocks it and the flywheel pops right off!, great video!

Nice video, but the most useful videos are the ones that don't skip over the hard steps, and instead show how a stubborn stuck stator is removed. It's these seemingly easy steps that usually cause me the most grief.

Easy fix

I need to replace the stator on a 10 HP Kohler 241 iron block on a Gravely rider tractor. As with the old stator, both wire leads from the new stator aren't visibly marked positive/negative. The battery connection is located further away under the hood, and it doesn't look like polarity is an issue in making a reconnection to the existing unmarked wires. Is that correct? Thanks

stator wires aren't going to be marked as they output an alternating current .

Lol sounds like those bolts you used for the puller weren't the correct threads 🤣
