Really not. Koh Tao is a wonderful island that we've lived in, and visited for years. The reality is that the island is probably safer than many other towns around the world

@@WhereNextFamily As long as you don't meet the owners of the island, killing people or deal with the police covering their serial killing, up I am sure its safe.
be careful always that island is dangerous some foreigner die that place

We lived there and its much safer than many other places around the world. People die everywhere, even your home town. Don't believe everything the media tells you ❤️ Koh Tao is amazing
