In this video I'll be sharing Kofta Biryani Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Step 1
Mutton 400gram
Water Half Cup
Oil 2 teaspoon
Green Chili
Caraway Seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 1
Salt Half Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste Half Teaspoon
Roasted Almonds Powder 1 teaspoon
Roasted Pista Powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 3 Teaspoon
Step 2
Oil 30ml
Green Chili 2
Tomato 3 piece
Green Chili 4
Step 3 Adhan
Rice 400gram
Water 2 Liter
Green Chili 3-4
Mint Leaves 8-10
Cardamom 3-4
Caraway seeds 2 pinch
Cloves 2
Coriander Leaves 1 teaspoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Step 4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
lemon juice 1 lemon
Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder 1/4 Teaspoon
REd Chili Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Cardamom Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Garamasala Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Mint Leaves 8-10
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Fried Onion 2 Onion / 50 gram
Curd 100gram
