CvK is a true inspiration! I’m so thankful I was able to meet him in California a year ago and have a quick chat with him about my go kart build. Not too many car companies where the CEO is so in tune with the design and engineering that he can tell you exactly why a certain bolt or material is used in a particular area of the car. Thank you Christian for showing others it is possible if you work hard!

2 tips if you ever start a car company: Cut the costs somewhere such as keys headlights and rims Tune cheap cars or use engines of other cars(stock or tuned) Once you earnd enough money start making your own engines

What abt for the ev platform

I found this very inspirational. I've always wanted to start a car company from when I was young. I'd love to design cars from the ground up and see how they perform. I want to make a car company that is full on electrification, affordable for everyone, and even fun to drive. I want to be sure that everyone has an car that is environmentally friendly, safe, and even fun to drive! That is my dream as of now. I'd also love to take my dream even further with a ultra luxury electric car brand as well.

No new car company can really compete with the Detroit three or Toyota, they've got it all set out and a cemented customer base. But- you can find a niche in the car industry which is good for new companies!

Your my inspiration my man. I am more inspired by people with small to medium companies than large industrials like Toyota. If you can manage to produce something of quality and value to other people its an achievement. It does not matter how many units you produce. There is more to go around for all of us than being obsessed and reliant on few manufacturers.

My wife and I now sold our company to employees and they are doing excellent as well. Now my bucket list is to come to Angelholm to see the factory now that I have the time. Hey, do you guys still have the raw clip of the One:1 attempting the Spa attempt before getting Red flagged after sector 1? The same clip that was in The Story of The Hypercar? Everyone’s on here in the comments wanting to have their own company but don’t forget Christian went through a lot of heartache and it took years to even come up with a prototype. Not to mention his dad was a business man and so was Christian and he took another path while this dream was on the back burner, so with that said I’m not saying don’t go for your dream but just keep those things in mind when you come across the roadblocks. If you want it bad enough, you’ll have it. Just look at Christian, he did whatever it took and had what it takes to be at his level, he’s a great example of how passion and determination can get you anywhere, look at Enzo and ferrucio, those guys had relatively humble beginnings, and see where they are today and the legacy they left behind

All I want to do is start producing simple and cheap cars, looking something like the 90s vw vento or the 80s volvo 740. Biggest engine would be something like a 2L inline 4 down to 1.4, maby 1.0 in smaller vento models... as little electronics as possible, but still with fuel injection, yeah you get the drill

Coming into the 5th year of my dream to build my own super car this year (2021). Bought land in 2019, cleared the gorse forest by myself with just a saw in 2019/2020 and I now need to save for building my garage. I think the most important thing one needs for a project like this is a rent free space from which to work from.. I'll get there.. 😎

@@user-hr5vf4nz8b I unofficially formed Gillen Motor company on July 7th 2017 and since then I've designed the car (I'm a qualified product designer but not working in my field). I bought the acre in spring 2019 but now need around 20,000 to build a 56x30ft workshop. I'd look for investors but I want to stay in complete control of the project. Ireland's first GT car would certainly get some serious press.. someday.. never give up! 👍😎

I have been dreaming for a half-track pick up jeep, it looks good in my head and its going to be called ''panzer'' from the german word tank its gonna be very heavy very powerfull. the only problem is the tracks, hopefully they dont fall off all the time. the back of the car is going to have tracks and the front wheels. any feedback guys?
