What a beautiful and melodious organ. Very expressive individual stops with a certain freshness. Beautiful plenum. It sounds powerful. Many thanks, Mr de Vries, for this excellent demonstration of the Koegler organ and the wonderful improvisations. A moment of relaxation and peace.

Prachtig Sietse. Ik geniet elke dag van jouw orgel spel. Hoop snel een keer in het echt erbij te zijn, hopelijk een demonstratie van het martini orgel in Groningen😁

A masterful demonstration of a very special organ. That said, the tuning sounds a bit weird to my ears. I would expect (and hope for !) meantone for an XVIIth organ with short octave span, but what I do hear, although very probably an unequal temperament, sounds closer to equal than meantone. Anyone has any information about the tuning of this organ ?

I guess it is Neidhardt III or Valotti (1754)

Great organ, great builder. Thanks to an extremely important stop: the fantastic acoustics in the Austrian churches. This really gives all different stops an extra dimension.
