Hi there! I am a beginner, trying to decide between Kodies and born pretty uv gels/polishes. I am looking for a natural looking gel overlay with slight extension. Which do you recommend? Kodies seem more expensive, but thw bottles look bigger. Thank you for all your great videos ❤

Hi Julie! I haven't tried Born Pretty builder gels but their gel polishes are decent quality. Always check how many ml or g the product has because the packaging can be deceptive. For short extensions I like using Rosalind Builder Gel because it self levels beautifully and there is less filing and shaping required. They have jar and bottle version, the one in the bottle has a thinner consistency.

I’m just a simple person who enjoys doing my own nails at home and I want to say I really love kodies rubber base coat and rubber top coat, also builder gels… the bottles are full to the top not like other brands. Personally I didn’t like born pretty ( I only had gel polishes from them) and the colours are totally different than on the picture and also I find their brushes too thick for application. I am big fan of kodies now.
