I like the content you post but I’m really tired of you pushing this bs on your viewers, stop making guarantees you can’t possibly follow through on. There’s plenty of other channels on KZread that don’t do that, if you want to promote something at least do your research and make sure it’s legit instead of tryna make a quick buck on your audience.

If anything Shaq rode his teammates to the finals every year to dominate and was only ever able to do so when David Robinson, Mutombo, Ewing and Hakeem got old😂 He did the same thing then and he did the same thing with Dwade in 2006 as a shell of himself Addressing the fact that because of just how much more dominant the West was than the East at that time the best team in the league was always determined during the WCF... in which Kobe always led in 3/5 major statistical categories on better shooting%s further proving my 1st point. If participation awards like CFMVP (conference finals MVP in which Kobe averaged 25-6-5 on 45.1%/1.5slts 1.4blks for the 2000-02 conf. finals) existed back then, Kobe would have all 3 of them in which factoring in competition would make him the REAL FMVP of those finals runs despite what media votes say😂👎🏾cope harder.

@Tyler Holt Fine I’ll take the bait. Your short paragraph consisted of a singular anecdotal reference of Kobe explaining what he viewed would be the best decision in that scenario. To start off, there isn’t a SINGLE clip in the Detail episode on Jayson Tatum where there is a handoff to Tatum. So basically half your short paragraph is dead weight since you’re basing it off of a false scenario. Let’s assume you’re referring to the last clip of the episode where Tatum catches the ball at the top of the key. In no way was Tatum open for that three, JR Smith was heavily contesting him leading to a brick. Kobe’s recommendation to catch the ball deeper in the pocket would’ve definitely opened up an easy midrange or an open driving lane. You tried it, but failed miserably. & Lying on someone’s name won’t get you far btw!

@@JD-ev3po I have and in fact still do play basketball at a pretty high level and saying kobe has no special physical attributes compared to the nba and saying he is quote: "just a normal guy" are two very different things. Yes compared to average nba players he is about average in most categories and even a bit bellow in height but saying he is a normal guy when he is in the top 1% of the population by height alone is an understatement. Btw his listed wingspan is 6'10. Don't get me wrong, kobe was a hard worker and I attribute his success to hard work however denying he was physically gifted (not necessarily compared to some other nba greats) but torwards 99% of the population, is quite disingenuous.

@@antekokic4279 You are arguing just to argue after making a superficial comment. Obviously, we are not comparing Kobe to the world or 5 7 average height men from 7 billion people. Fellow greats have made the same comments. Lamar Odom marvelled at what Kobe could do with no real physical advantage. Even often a physical disadvantage. Bird also but at least he's 6 9 6 10 with shoes. Kobe worked and worked on his footwork. Yes, strong athlete but not superior genetically like Jordan, who even seemed to glide when he walked and had long arms and huge hands. The guy next to Kobe is around the same size. Probably some college kid nobody will ever know about but works hard and loves basketball, so good for him. Maybe he'll even make it learning from Kobe. But the point is if we didn't know this was Kobe, we would just see two slightly tall ballers, one black and one white, who have similar physiques. Hell, even in high school playing at the rec in Huntington Beach, a good level but still, the rec pick up, 6 4 guys in good shape were just regular guys.

@@greg2797what??? Bro basketball players hands in general are bigger than normal what r u saying.... and Kobe could palm the ball with ease lol wtf

@@lemongrab7635 your reading comprehension skills need work brother. I said “for a basketball player” his hands aren’t that big and I said he couldn’t palm the basketball “like MJ or LeBron” not that he couldn’t palm a basketball… both factual statements as both Phil Jackson and Kobe himself have said this

Growing up as a Spurs fan, I really was not a big fan of his although I did respect his work ethic and talent. The day he and his daughter died along with 7 other people I felt actual shock and sadness. The more I look back now at old plays and videos of him, the more respect I garner for him and the more I realize how great of a man he was overall. R.I.P. Mamba.
