I used to wake up and watch this video every single day so I could remember it was another day to be my best self. He made me see the world a different way and changed my life and I am forever grateful. An inspiration to us all on how to live our lives to the fullest and to be our best selves because we are all capable of so much more than we know. Life is precious, so make the most of it. When I arrived in America as a kid from Brazil. I didn’t have any friends, neither did I know the language. He kept me company all those years and taught me lessons I’ll forever cherish. Hard work and dedication is a form of artistry that nobody can take away from you. Being different is what separates you and makes you unique. Everybody has a different path and journey, just learn to love the process and be the best you can be every single day. Stillness, silence and solitudes creates black mambas 🙌

After watching the last dance I have started to realize that Kobe was greater than Mj perhaps not in terms of skill or accomplishments but in terms of sheer determination. Jordan didn't take the game as seriously as Kobe, he took years off, played other sports, ate pizza before the night of the finals and "played with flu". This man played with a broken finger in the finals, he truly was the GOAT. RIP KOBE

I did ask him a question and I reached out for a high 5 and he did not left me hanging :) He came back to get it. That 15 minutes in front of my hero...changed my life! Exams, drivers licence, work, basketball...He motivated me every single day. When it was going bad at home..I was shooting and shooting and shooting till late at night...really late....there was no stopping me...rain....snow...it did not matter to me because I was listening to Mr.Bryant. Early mournings shooting inside the gym or outside on the court. Doing push ups and running up and down the court. I am crying while typing this and hearing the video. I am 19 years old and I am crying like a baby! That is wat Kobe is doing to me! Motivation, hard work, desire, dedication etc. etc. etc. #Mambamentality #KOBEACADEMY #BLESSED. I feel honored to be invited by Nike and to play for the Mamba Academy and to see you Kobe! Seeing you in Hilversum....damn....I love you Kobe! We all as basketballplayers love you and this is one of the most hardest weeks I ever had to witness.

There will never ever be another Kobe Bryant. Nobody had his mentality. The fact that he tore his achilles and still had enough power to shoot free throws is simply amazing. He showed everyone not to give up on your craft. And Kobe never complained. He always had big smile on his face :) and gave positivity to the NBA. People thinkMamba Mentality is just a basketball mindset. Yeah it originated from basketball but the Mamba Mentality can be used in anything we do in life. Weather it’s cleaning or homework or whatever it may be. You can always connect the Mamba Mentality to anything. ANYTHING. That’s what makes it so special. Rest in paradise legend 🕊and Gianna and everyone else who lost their lives in the crash. Their lives mean just as much as Kobe & Gigi 💛💜

Started watching the NFL- AFL back in 1966, MLB 1967 , NBA -ABA 1970 & tennis in 1972 over the years have had so many favorites in all those sports , when a favorite dies a piece of me dies , until I learn even more about not just the player , but the person , sad how that is after they die . But the level of appreciation grows , like when we lose a parent or friend . 63yrs old now , training for my 10th Ironman Triathlon using the passion and work ethic and drive Kobe has shown . My dad died in 1996 the yr Kobe started, my dad was born in 1924 and Kobe wore 24, my oldest daughter was born on the 8th , Kobe wore # 8 Its never to late to change , learn or grow, if we take a piece of what Kobe did apply it in our lives , then he lives on .

Only as a i got older did i truly appreciate him. The way you just knew he would sink it on you and the relief when he didnt (rarely). Eventually realized he just wanted it so much more and loved him for it way too late. Rest easy Black Mamba

you cant deny that kobe worked harder than anybody ever and most likely anyone in the next 20 years. he was an assassin never looked back and always pushed himself.... and anyone who thinks MJ worked harder or just as much as kobe did. you are wrong. kobe out worked him. this guy went through injuries not any player can overcome and he always came back from them.. he had to face things MJ didnt even face and overcame them. im not underestimating MJ for me he is the GOAT, but kobe is up there with him. because its not just about how many rings someone has. not at all... teenagers think in that way.
