"There’s a choice that we have to make as people, as individuals. If you want to be great at something you have to make inherent sacrifices that come along with that. Family time, hanging out with your friends.. We all can be masters at our craft. But you have to make sacrifices that come along with making that decision."

For me Kobe is the GOAT. because he did it with less, he ain't the most gifted athlete physically, he doesn't jump as high as MJ and Vince, he doesn't have the big hands like MJ and Kawhi and he doesn't have the built/body like Lebron. But he maximized all his potential and convert his talents to skills.. his legacy is even greater because of his mentality to never give up and work hard to achieve your dream. Respect!

Kobe didn't need all of that, the muscles like Lebron would only slow him down, jumping as high as M.J. he did not need to jump that high to get the results he needed, having the big hands like M.J. and Vince he didn't need either because as you stated he knew how to maximize what God blessed him with and not only that he wasn't afraid to show you or anyone what he was working with. He went on to be just what he wanted to be the GREATEST PLAYER EVER IN BASKETBALL AND NOT ONLY THAT A LEGEND WITH 2 JERSEYS HANGING IN THE RAFTS OF THE LAKERS #8 and #24. Kobe is in a class all by himself whenever you look it that way. He was a man always on a mission and he knew it would take hard work to accomplish the things that he did on the court and off the court. That's why he is and always will be a true Champion because he knew how to win at this thing called "life" M.J. was his mentor, but Kobe passed him on so many levels and there is no comparison between Kobe and any one of these players you are talking about. I would have Kobe on my team any day than any of those players, he trained the hardest and stay at for 20 yrs, and just look at his accomplishments. Oh, before I forget he is in the Hall Of Fame. So "fancy pants show me what you're working with,"

Well he may not be the GOAT but no one can say he quit at any point of his career coz of his competitiveness is insane even Phil Jackson mentioned that comparing to MJ. Just imagine he got lebron built with his skills is deadly. Same goes to AI, imagine he got Kobe built, he’ll be unstoppable too... Lebron is just gifted with size n passing ability .. we should compare lebron to magic n not MJ/Kobe

Eric Lee Kobe was truly a kind of dirty player or played at the absolute limits of the game. He did everythng to win, not dirty like doing unnecesary shit but throwing elbows etc not showing any respect and doing everything to win. He wanted to win so badly he had to be selfish and kind of an asshole at times, thats what it takes to win.

Lol... back then any legitimate super team needs a bigs that can dominate the paint and that was shaq nowadays the bigs need to space the floor and shoot 3’s... now it’s a different era, true point guard ain’t shit if you can’t make basket yourself lol

Kobe is honestly in the goat conversation people just look at stats. They ignore his point guard derek Fisher was never a playmaker. He never had consistent knockdown shooters. Big men clog the paint. The way NBA is now with all this floor spacing prime kobe would murder. His 17th season he avg 27-6-6 46% shooting lls kobe top 5 ever dont care what you say

Ballin Too Stats isn’t everything. Otherwise Wilt is the goat. Kobe was great, top 10 for sure but he wasn’t as dominant as Jordan and Lebron were.

  • @FoxyChariot

Confuzzled Weed What? What dope are you smoking. Remove LBJ from that sentence with Jordan. Kobe is easily more dominant than LBJ. Show me LBJ's 81 pt game, his 35 PPG season, his 40 game winners. He gets swept in the Finals and blames it on his hand. Kobe breaks his finger and wins a championship. I can tell you who's better. If stats aren't everything, you should really know Kobe is the co GOAT with Jordan because no one can hit the shots Kobe can.

@@nutssack Stats with context will provide more understanding compared to just seeing raw stats. Because if we just compare raw stats, we are ignoring the advantages and struggles they have and face during those years.

Thank you, piotrekzprod for sharing with us. We appreciate it very much. As much as we all love to see and hear Kobe's voice, it is as if he's still here with us but only in our hearts and our memories of him, also the videos he has left behind, and his videos of him with his family. Kobe time and Family time was very important to him being there for his children and enjoying the moments. Kobe was very passionate about his family and he was equally as passionate about the time he spent on the court practicing and preparing for a game. Kobe was always preparing for whatever life throws at him, and that's why he the GOAT, the LEGEND, and #Girl Dad. Thank you again for sharing Kobe's videos with us. Thank you.

@Maxwell Duran Well... Maybe... Even then, probably not by much. MJ was famous for his fanatical devotion to training. I understand Phil Jackson said Kobe trained harder than MJ, but Phil never observed MJs training sessions with Tim Grover. By the way, Tim Grover also became Kobe's trainer after MJ retired. So when Tim Grover said MJ was the hardest worker he had ever seen, I trust his judgement more.
