Trivia: Illumination event called "Meya Meya" was held in Meriken park and it was such an unexpected surprise for me. I was lucky to have filmed it in this video. So please be advised that this event is over now and normal Meriken park is not like that everyday. 😄

I live in Kobe. Kobe port tower had been under construction, but the construction is almost done. You can enter the tower from about the end of this April.

This place is about 5 minutes from my house, but there are quite a lot of tourists. I have never been here at night
If you purchase from pharmacy stores / general shops in Japan, are plastic bags chargeable?

It depends but many pharmacy store now charges for the plastic bag these days.
