You're welcome. Yes, you can. Just bake for the regular duration of your sheet cakes but please take note of the size, height of your pan and oven temperature.

Yes, it depends on the quantity we are baking, pan sizes and the number of flavours. So I can't say a fixed quantity.

You're most welcome Chyoma, there are book pans you can buy and from what I know back home, it's a one-size-fits-all type of pan. So just ask in any cake shop and they'd show you.
