FYI. Hub centric only means the wheel/spacer is centred by the hub. Not the weight being supported by the hub. The weight is never being supported by the studs alone. The weight is transferred by the friction caused between to two mating surfaces after the lug nuts are torqued.

I had steelies with adapters. (No hubcentric ring) and the studs from the adapter broke after i was changing the brakes, and brought the truck down.
