I think they're beautiful I think you're beautiful and whoever gave thumbs down is jealous that's all I could do my own hair only thing I have a problem with is that I have hair like you but it's not as long as yours what is curling and when I at the jail the extension slide off my hair that's what I'm trying to not let happen I can't grip it tight enough but when I do the two Pocahontas braids I can grab it tight because they're bigger braids so I'm going to continue to watch you so I can learn how to make the braid Tighter and what I'm going to do is break without the jail and then afterwards I apply the jail when they're done thank you

I want to try this on my own head too. Seems like it wouldn’t get messed as fast as regular box braids. Also looks light weight too. ♥️

I do a couple different methods as well and the next client I do I hope they get a cute fonky color

@@bluebird1694 It's not good to braid your hair when it is that short because you will have to apply more tension to the hair in order to get it in the braid. But lol the point is that the original commentor did mean 4 years (as an exaggeration/joke) as it can take a while for hair to grow and suitably long enough for braids.

I love that it's not too much hair. I have a hard time finding someone that will not use so much hair. I don't like heavy hair.

It doesn't matter how beginner friendly watching people braid is so confusing. I know how to braid I just have to work on more secure new braids, but honestly I'm not understanding the method except that you braid your real hair first a bit

@@selflovejourney3175 Jamila-Urbi Pierre my method doesn't look like a micro braid with a jumbo braid hanging from it, her method isn't understandable for others because she did it wrong...how many ways can you feed in braids? One. That's all you do. She pieced her feed ins incorrectly, its best to practice on a doll head til you get the hang of it, not make a video explaining the process and doing examples wrong.

Tamii ohhh no harm intended dear🙏🏿🙏🏿but that’s definitely not an opinion😅 the thing is there are several ways to achieve the style. At the end of the day we are preventing the knot at the beginning of the braid...so you can’t tell someone she’s doing it wrong and shouldn’t make a video with wrong examples...that’s not a nice thing to say....

watching the top view was SO helpful. Especially since you added hair from the very beginning of the braid ( that made it easier for me to see when to add the 2nd and 3rd pieces of braiding hair) i will be trying this style next. Thanks so much.

I’m half way through finishing my braids. I have to say your video truly truly helped me. I must’ve watched at least 20 videos. No shade to other ladies because they did a phenomenal job. I just for some reason could not follow along. But this video was perfect. Next thing is I need to work on tightness and parting. I’m struggling with my left side because I’m right handed 😩. The colour is awesome. I also really like how you don't have that strange triangle-y root area people get with too small parts/ too much braiding hair / adding it in after too many movements. (hope that made sense)

I just installed some knotless box braids! It's definitely hard to get it tight but I love your modified method. The only thing is I braid underhand so it's a lot harder to get that reinforcement. I'm glad ppl are moving towards knotless braids though because it really is reduced tension.
