I can relate to your story Jeff, in my case, I use to work at MROC in Costa Rica more than a decade ago, I loaded luggage into the regional planes: Caravans, Navajos, EMB-120 and others, we sometimes had to handle pet carriers and animals, but my surpervisor was a fanatic on animal safety, as I am, so we never had issues. Loved that job and tried to be a pilot, but shit! it is expensive, end up as a history teacher, hoping to one day try flying again, but my eyes are not "optimal" and maybe wont approve the medical... anyway, cool episode!

I ordered a part for my vehicle in the beginning of December. The warehouse that had the part is around 5 hours from my house. It took USPS 2 weeks to get the part to me!

The USPS place that does our mail has been horrible. For ten years they have not improved. It has been ridiculous. The worst part is there is no way to report anything directly to postal inspectors. It all goes thru their office.
