"Antonio my father is deceased..."(kicks the bucket) Hilarious!
I love Pearce Quigley (who plays Grumio here) - I saw him play Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Globe last month - absolutely hilarious!

Indeed, lets see if peterloo gives him a breakout.
I saw this at the Globe. Wonderful. Judi Dench was sitting just nearby.
Always when I watch these videos from Shakespeare's Globe, I ask myself why the hell wasn't I born in London.
I attended a production of The Merry Wives of Windsor, in which Pierce Quigley (Grumio here) played Falstaff. I was in the front row of the groundlings, and at one point he emptied a shoe (yup) full of water over me.
Such wind that doth scatter young men through the world. YOUNG MEN?! :) :)
Truly enjoyed it. :D
Wonderful acting.
Can someone explain the misunderstanding over "knocking at the gate"?

It'd be clearer with the scene just before the video begins. The verbiage that Petruchio used when telling Grumio to knock at the gate could have been misconstrued to be an order for Grumio to essentially beat the crap out of Petruchio. "Knock me soundly, Grumio." Grumio shrugs and slugs Petruchio one.
can somone tell me the name of the role which they're playing in the video?
Please upload the cuckoo's nest scene :)
