Traitors is addictive , Robs no reality fan but he loves it too . We have watched the UK and the USA Traitors just the Australian one to go . They are all on iplayer x

I was obsessed with traitors, it was so addictive. I love the little colour work socks! Be warned the bay of biscay can can be rough even in a cruise ship so take some anti sickness just in case 😊

Yes we heard Bay of Biscay can be rough , sea sickness tablets are packed in the first aid bag 🙂

I’ve used the galaxy and love it too so after seeing yours I’ve ordered the pink to make a whitmore. Enjoy the cruise x

Awww that’s great , Galaxy knits up beautifully doesn’t it , casting on was tricky though , I had to use a different method as the sequins made it uneven .I’d love to see it when it’s finished 😊

Thank you. I’m taking the shawl to my daughters but I won’t get much knitting time , only in the evening but the shawl is my next cast on 😊 Can’t wait for the cruise 😊

Hello Julie, I'm a new subscriber and I found you because I was looking to see who else was knitting the Seraphim jumper. I've just started mine and am doing it as a (very) slow stitch for this year. I have made abirds of a feather shawl in creams and blues and I think your new colour choices will look beautiful. I, too, was shouting at the tv at the end of Traitors!! Welcome!! That’s great , we are like knitting twins 😊 . Yes I’m taking the sweater really slow and enjoying the process . My other projects will fit around it . I can’t wait to start the shawl . I just need to cake the skeins up and then I will cast it on . 😊

I’m from South Yorks (sheffield) too and had a static at Cayton bay for about 10 years so really relate to your videos .

Ohh I use to live in Beighton many years ago 🙂. We are around 30 mins from Cayton Bay , and have been to a restaurant called The Farrier at Cayton Bay quite a few times . It’s a small world isn’t it . We love staying here it’s just like a little bungalow , easy to care for and if Rob has off days with his back and legs , it’s so much easier for him x

Hi Sue I’m so pleased you enjoyed it 🙂 regarding colourwork I started with a small project first , I made the seraph mitts ( I cover these over vlogmas ) I do find that the jamieson shetland wool is a bit better for colourwork as it “ sticks to itself “ if that makes sense where as the yarn I used for the socks in this video was a bit “slippy” but definitely have a go , I love it 🙂

The mitts were a kit from The Knitting Shed , really easy and you can get 2 pairs out of the kit ( kit inc pattern and wool £15ish I think )
