Love your podcast. Love the knitting talk. Your tank turned out great! That color is nice on you. Haha Taylor is awesome! I watch her podcast too. I love her style. Can wait to see what else you are working on. I agree about summer knitting to be ready for fll/winter. I am knitting Xarabia. Light weight sweater round yoke. Working up quickly and I'm loving the fabric it is creating. Fingering and lace heald double like a ranunculus. That yellow FFTP is going to be an awesome color for you. Bye

Thanks for joining! I'm so curious, what is considered "hot and sunny" in Maryland?

Hi Liz, just found your channel. Enjoying your positive vibe as a presenter. I am impressed with your sweater in a week and a half. That is not something I have been able to do. Impressive. Best wishes from a Canadian Knitting podcaster!

Another great podcast! Watching your episodes inspires me to restart my own channel, but your productikn quality is intimidating. What are you using to film and edit? The patterns you shared are so intriguing, especially the dress/tunic. It would help if you showed their photos for a wee bit longer. Watching this is getting me hyped for Wool and Folk! I'm working on a cute piece to wear there, and it'll be finished in no time. Perhaps I should start a second item... 😂

Thank you so much for the kind words! It really means a lot. You can definitely get back in to it. I have acquired all of my video tools like my camera (Sony ZVI - a Christmas gift) over the years. I made a promise to myself to learn to edit in Premiere Pro which is very hard, but I think I am getting used to it thanks to some KZread videos. It's all a process and I know there are more user friendly phone editing apps available too. Also, thanks for the tip to show the photos a bit longer! I will definitely do that next time! I hope you make some videos soon. Would love to see them!

Oh Liz, I do love your videos, and you always make me laugh! Great episode, and as someone who lives in Leicestershire, let me help you out there... Leicester is pronounced “Lester” therefore Leicestershire is “Lestersheer” (sheer not a Tolkien-esque “shire”). Worcester is trickier and is more like “Wuster” so Worcestershire is “Wustersheer“… and don’t even get me started on Towcester (“toaster”) 😂 Hope that helps and keep up the good work! ❤

New Englander here chiming in with some Portland recs ♥️: Duckfat, Holy Donut, Lone Pine Brewing, and of course - PortFiber and KnitWit yarn stores 🧶 It's a bit of a foodie mecca (like Austin), so you almost can't go wrong with restaurants. Have a great trip!!
