The pattern uses 1 x 100g skein of yarn at 425m, a 3.75mm circular needle (80-100cm) and 5 stitch markers. You can find everything you need to make the shawl including the 'Summerdaze' colourway as shown here.

Make a slip stitch, cast on 5 sts. That makes 6 sts. You have 5 on your needle?
