    That looks like the kind of knife you'd see an assassin dramatically drop out of their sleeve, catch, then stab someone with in a film. Phenomenal work, mate.

    @@adrianbunyard6015 although that's what some knives are intended for... Some are tools for cutting and whatnot, but blades like this, or karambits for example are designed to kill

    I hate it when I see "restoration" videos of "100" year old knives and they just grind the hell out of them and polish them to mirror. It's ruins the whole thing every time

    yeah I agree with ya mate, especially since that kind of knife is made for a stealthy assassination, and a shiny glimmer of light off the knife might get one spotted. It feels good to see that there’s someone on the platform that shares this opinion and isn’t just here to start argument, ya now?

    I had my reservations and thought the surgical knife was better with its brass-sandwich design with more ornate patterning, but after seeing the tumbled brass and double-edged design I'm inclined to agree.

    I like the brass grips, silver and gold always look good together, the ageing process was enlightening, I would have added some jimping to the recessed portion of the grip, just to provide redundant safety against the thumb or index finger slipping onto that double edge. The over all look and design of the knife is beautiful. Very well done sir.

    Beautiful - the aged patina really works here, and whilst ostensibly it is a "simple" knife that doesn't mean I wouldn't make one in a second if I could. Great work.

    Awesome to see you back at it! The ornate brass in the handle is great, comparable the black steel and brass combo you did for the surgical knife. Loving it. Edit: KZread hasn't been sending me notifications for 4 months apparently. Great.

    At this point, I am very much jaded watching knife making videos on youtube.... until I saw your needle knife!!! Very simple in design, yet very efficient!!! You can keep many of these blades in your person, in your car, among your things inside your backpack... a knife when you need them, where you need them!!! But, I would prefer mine with a wooden handle. Wood handles on knives are amazing, better than many plastics and polymers out there... and it will also make your more closer to being balanced, making it a good throwing knife as well.

    Beautiful little dagger! My only complaint is the lack of protection from yer hand sliding down the double edge if ya hit something hard.

    A quillion-esque flaring slightly at the top of the scales would probabaly do. However it would interfere with those clean lines....

    One of the few people to use a piece of wood on the drill press to protect the drill table thank youit is a pet hate of mine on all the knife making sites I watch. Good job love the knife 100 /100

    I have just taken receipt of this beautiful piece of art today. It took a long time to get here because of The Backstreet Boys tour but now that it is here I can honestly say it's an absolute stunner. The video shows it off well but to hold it? Just wow. What wasn't included in this video is that Koss (Who is now on my Christmas card list for this beauty) also made a simple leather sheath for the knife, and together they look simply stunning.

    @@EricHorchuck Both Koss' and my countries national postal services had several issues at the beginning end of the tour and it took them until around July to hammer out all the kinks. This inevitably had a few knock ons.
