I would use that every day in my kitchen. I bet it go through vegetables and chicken, like soft butter. That handle looks comfortable to use!! I'm glad to see that you formed a spot for the index finger....very nice!!

A constructive criticism if I may..as a kitchen knife, a slight convex shape for the blade edge instead of a straight edge makes the knife more functional and practical...that comes from a retired chef mate😉 🇦🇺🙋‍♂️🇦🇺

As it is aimed more at kitchen use, a lighter knife makes a lot of difference when working for hours, but a heavy knife also has a lot of value, I like the heavy ones better too. 👍👍👍
