I hope OG and hartenstien sign, i wanna see those guys defend all at the same time. I think our defense will be crazy.

Well it just broke, Knicks apparently signing OG to a 5 year $212.5M contract. So he's getting about $42.5M/year. Unless they move Mitch, I don't think we resign I-Hart if that number for OG is correct.This is per Woj, so I'm guessing it's correct.

OG will re sign. Anything Knicks and NYC can do to find more money for IHart? Endorsements? He deserves $20-$25m per yr vs $17m per year. Dolan goes above and beyond cap to give IHart 23m per yr? He’s one of the pistons to the engines for NY Knicks. Tenacious rebounder, rim protector, blocking shots, shooting a basket in middle when pass to, hitting em FTs, defending in middle, not injured all the time and he plays when hurt cause he knows team needs him. If he walks Knicks should move up and trade for C Eddy, Clingan or Kel el which are cheaper 7 footers alternatives and can develop cause 1-4 spots Knicks are good they just need a big body in middle. Plus they use that cash to sign a veteran back up like Drummond or Nic Claxton/Jarett Allen with Robinson and losing IHart would not be so devastating. IHart definitely fits and jell with team. Chemistry is there just that it’s a shame the cap and what the Knicks limited to sign him for is a shame

I agree, but the problem is that other teams will pay OG without the clauses.

I was ready for this until I heard the first words said “Alright boys”. As a woman and a Knick fan of 5 decades, this was not insulting. A gender neutral greeting would not hurt.
