I looked to see how she was as soon as o woke up this morning and saw that she was on the ground. So sad! 😢💔. Amazing how they both knew not to incubate eggs, because they wouldn’t be able to take care of them 😢. 💔🙏

I'm so sorry to see this! 😢 ❤ I didn't know this nest, but love your Bald Eagles. I did see they found out it was lead poisoning. Us humans mucking up the waters with chemicals & lead weights are to blame. My heart flies to the Father Eagle who was sitting on the eggs. I don't know when they were laid, it's tragic. RIP Andria 🙏🏻 Consolations & empathy with you @Eagle Goddess & everyone who loved Andria. ❤🐱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It is truly hard to watch, it is so sad to see little creature pass away, they don’t have a clue what’s happening to themselves. Prayers for the family to survive.

This is so heart breaking...I have never heard that noise before while she is having the seizure.. I swear hunting and lead poisoning needs to be banned!!!

Oh my gosh! At the end, Andria fell as fast as a rock because she was rolling around and around as she fell. There was a loud thump when she hit the ground. And when I say "loud", it really WAS loud! There's no way she would survive that. One thing I know is that Bald Eagles can survive certain impacts with the 5,000+ feathers that they have. The problem is, they won't protect her organs from turning to mush from a 200 foot drop. Its sad to see her go like that.

Moderators in chat said that eggs probably is non viable.. Andria started to feel bad on Thursday, the eggs were not heated and rolled much for two days..😢

@@Eagle_Goddess But two days isn't that long at this stage. If the male takes over incubation there is still a chance the eggs could be viable. The biggest problem, though, is that he will have to leave the nest to hunt and then the eggs will be vulnerable to predation. This situation is so sad.

He can do this alone in South West Florida at the Eagles Nest the mother Harriet disappeared the father raised the two babies from eggs they both fledged and were healthy he can do this alone just so there's no Predators around

​@@wendylundahl1918you couldn't be more wrong , Harriet offspring were almost ready to start self feeding when she went missing M 15 only fed them 1 week before they started to feed on their own , if she would have gone missing any sooner the chicks would have have not survived, for sure

@@fidelaromo6705 that is not entirely true. The eaglets were hatched but they were only about 30 old. They didn’t branch for approximately 40 days later. The issue here is that he can not incubate the eggs 24/7 he has to eat and then the eggs are alone.

@@Eagle_Goddess thank you. I know eventually he will have to leave to get food, etc. I’m hoping that he can do what M15 did after his partner, Harriet, left and never returned. She was older than he was and we think she passed away. He did a remarkable job at raising the two babies and they fledged quite remarkably. ❤️. There is hope.

Hi, no, they will send Andria's body for an autopsy. Looks like lead poisoning. Later we will know 100% the real cause of death💔😔💔
