I stayed in the hospital 2 nights and 3 days….i did all those exercises and biced my knees often…..on my second day the therapist asked me to go up the stairs and down…now after on my 1 1/2 month i can walk without the walker and cane..i continue the exercises and icing

Great information and thank you for sharing but unfortunately I didn’t have that after my NHS operation no one bothered no one cared about my recovery didn’t get any more than 5 minutes for 3 days with a therapist and when I arrived home after 4 days I had to wait for two weeks for pysio. Who’s h meant I had to have an MUA. I am now starting to gain use of my leg purely because I searched on KZread about what I have to do

keep the wound away from water, cover with something in the shower until healed

@@bowler8 Stay away from the shower and just hand wash.

I presume the man in the demo is an actor as no way can you have that much range of movement just after a TNR

So how many days did he stay in hospital/rehab? I get to stay a whole 23 hrs ( thank you, Medicare!) and then get sent home to an empty house. That’s our wonderful system in America.

yes, a broken system, I broke my hip and mid shaft femur break, no one told me I would have a stiff knee, sat in a bed in the hospital for 3 days, terrible physical therapy, 6 months later still cant bend my knee, having more surgery tomorrow. Oh, and the knee patients go home the same day here.

The same in Danmark (Scandinavia), what are very proud of their “welfare countries” name… Terrible expirience, my goddness. I felt like I was on a factory conveyor belt.
