    Yep, high-level cyclist here with knee pain this season; unable to touch my heel to butt on the leg with pain. Quad is super tight.

    Hey Kelly, I am one of those rare people you mention at 1:42 that can't sit like that. How do I fix this? Is the couch stretch the way to go?

    I think also strengthening those muscles which are not that involved in cycling. Glutes, hamstrings. Hip Thrusts (weighted) and Hamstring curls helped me

    I am recovering from knee meniscus repair (shaving) surgery that I had last July 8th. I know that I could not use my recumbent trike (always been hard on my legs holding them up to pedal) so I bought a regular upright one, that I plan to use after I get my doctor's approval. A trike because at 320 lbs I figure the third wheel will be safer...

    Thank you 🙏 For all the great information Im having severe issues with top knee pain But My biggest issue Riding a bike is the only way I get around Bus route Comes every two hours where i moved to recently Im truly blessed to have a roof over my head But bike is the only trustworthy transportation i have right now No vehicle Was homeless off and on for the past two years So I don't know How to handle getting around with knee pain Not Being able to stop due to transportation issues Lack of Hahaha Any suggestions would be helpful for relief Etc Thank you 🙏

    So i can sit line that but when laying on my stomach I can’t get my knee even close to my butt. What exercise do I need to do to fix this? Couch stretch? You explained the problem but I need the solution Thanks
