PLEASE REPLY SIR. Is there any transplant surgery of meniscus?? Or any artificial implant for meniscus only without replacing the knee. I'm 25 and have been diagnosed with meniscus tear. Having been diagnosed with a medical condition for the first time in life I'm utterly depressed.

Sir. 1 month pahle main bike se utarne me chakri lachak gaya tha jiske bad main MRI karaya ..uske bad 2 time blood nikala ja chuka hai knee se ....abhi taklif ye hai k chalne me chakri k lachak Jane ka Dar lagta hai ..plzz help me sir MRI REPORT KA LAST WALA BHEJA HU JO NICHE ME HAI. IMPRESSION: Moderate to gross joint effusion. Grade II tear of MCL. Mild sprain in ACL. Intrasubstance PD FAT SAT hyperintensity in quadricep tenson- s/o Mild sprain. Grade III horizontal tear of posterior horn of body of medial meniscus. Cortical break of lateral condyle epicondyle of femur and bone edema and contusion in lateral plateau of tibia.

Hello sir I have injury in my right leg knee meniscus. I have done my MRI and the report is showing the following points: 1. A multilobulated paramenniscal cyst in relation to anterior horn of lateral meniscus. This meniscus shows longitudinal tear at the junction of body and anterior horn and shows partially discoid morphology. 2. Grade 2 signal in the posterior horn of medial meniscus. 3. Mild mucoid degeneration of anterior cruciate ligament 4. Multilobulated ganglia posterosuperior to medial femoral condyle 5. Chondromalacia patellae (grade 1 ) along medial facet of patella. These are the points highlighted in my MRI report . So what should I do sir , do I need to go for the knee operation or it can be treated with physiotherapist exercises please suggest me the best option. Thanks Please reply sir 🙏
